How to get VoIP working on a 4G/5G Internet Connection Successfully with Crazytel.

Steps: Setup VoIP on 4G/5G Connections

  • 1. Disable SIP ALG on your Router/Modem.
  • 2. Use CrazyTel’s alternative SIP Port: 25160 instead of default 5060.
  • 3. Use TCP instead of UDP protocol if possible.
  • 4. *Most Important* Change your “Registration Timer” In your VoIP device/Software to 60 seconds. By default, most devices are set as 3600 by default. If this is not changed, you will have incoming call dropouts / engaged Signals.
