1. Download and install Bria or X-Lite from the CounterPath website (counterpath.com). Follow the setup wizard to install the software.

2. Once installed you should see a notification saying "Account is not enabled". To add and account, in the Main Menu go Softphone -> Account Settings.



3. On the Account tab, enter the following details which you will receive when setting up the SIP Truck in the Crazytel Portal

- Account Name: Used to identify the line (can be anything).
- User ID: Crazytel SIP Trunk Username.
- Domain: Crazytel SIP Trunk Domain.
- Password: Crazytel SIP Trunk Password.
- Display Name: Used to identify the line (can be anything).
- User ID: same as User ID.



4. Click on the Transport tab and set the Signalling transport to UDP.



5. Click OK to save your changes.

You will now be able to make and receive calls through your Crazytel service.
